Terms of Service

Welcome to MomentumLab (operating under MomentumLab1.com). By purchasing our subscription, accessing our premium weekly signals, or registering for updates, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Rates & Billing Cycles

MomentumLab Alpha is structured as a premium recurring service priced at €89 per month. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment profile on a recurring monthly basis. All charges are billed in advance. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time via the user dashboard or your Stripe portal. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current active billing cycle.

2. Prohibited Redistribution & Commercial Exploitation

All quantitative signals, volume gauges, backtesting indicators, and rebalancing matrices published inside the subscriber terminal are the exclusive intellectual property of MomentumLab. Subscribers are granted a **single-user, personal, non-commercial license** to view signals.

WARNING: Any commercial redistribution, publication to Telegram groups, public forums, newsletter repackaging, or programmatic reselling of MomentumLab Alpha stock signals is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this contract, resulting in immediate account termination without refund.

3. System Usage & Algorithmic Limits

Subscribers must not attempt to scrape our API endpoints, conduct load-testing against our servers, or reverse-engineer our database schema. Calculations are optimized to minimize Railway hosting fees. Abuse of endpoints will result in automatic IP throttling and account suspension.

4. Modifications to Pricing & Strategy

MomentumLab reserves the right to modify pricing tiers or adapt the quantitative S&P 500 algorithm variables to protect capital as macroeconomic factors evolve. All active subscribers will receive a 30-day notice prior to any recurring pricing adjustments.
